The difference between low-voltage MOS tubes and high-voltage MOS tubes

The difference between high voltage resistant MOS tubes and low voltage resistant MOS tubes is that the reaction speed of high voltage resistant MOS tubes is slower than that of low voltage resistant MOS tubes.

Mos transistor is a metal oxide semiconductor field effect transistor, or a metal insulator semiconductor. The source and drain of MOS transistors can be swapped, as they are both N-type regions formed in the P-type backgate. In most cases, these two regions are the same, and even if the two ends are switched, it will not affect the performance of the device. Such devices are considered symmetrical.

The bipolar transistor amplifies the small change of input current and outputs a large current change at the output. The gain of bipolar transistor is defined as the ratio of output to input current (beta). Another kind of transistor, called field effect transistor (FET), converts the change of input voltage into the change of output current. The gain of a FET is equivalent to its conductivity, defined as the ratio of the change in output current to the change in input voltage. Commonly available on the market are N-channel and P-channel MOSFETs (N-channel depletion MOSFETs). The common type of P-channel is low-pressure Mos pipe.
