1、 You can choose to use the same model parameters as the original diode model parameters, and replace the diode.

2、 The diode with large rectifier current can replace the diode with small rectifier current, on the contrary, it cannot be replaced.

3、 The diode with high reverse working voltage can replace the diode with low reverse voltage. On the contrary, it cannot be replaced.

4、 Diodes with high working frequency can replace diodes with low working frequency. On the contrary, they cannot be replaced.
