How to test the performance of TVS transient suppression diode?.
1. Use a multimeter to test whether the measuring tube is good or bad for unidirectional TVS diode. According to the method of measuring ordinary diode, its forward and reverse resistance can be measured. Generally, the forward resistance is about 4K Ω, and the reverse resistance is infinite.
2. For bidirectional TVS diode, replace the red and black pens at will to measure the resistance between its two pins, which should be infinite. Otherwise, it indicates that the pipe has poor performance or has been damaged.
