Parameters of thyristor — SUNMATE
Parameters of thyristor
Silicon controlled rectifier (SCR) is a high-power electrical component, also known as thyristor.
Its main parameters are current
1. The rated on state current (it) is the maximum stable working current, commonly known as current. The IT of common thyristors is generally one to tens of amps.
2. Reverse repetitive peak voltage (VRRM) or off state repetitive peak voltage (Vdrm), commonly known as withstand voltage. VRRM / Vdrm of common thyristors is generally hundreds of volts to 1000 volts.
3. Control pole trigger current (IGT), commonly known as trigger current. The IGT of common thyristors is generally several microamps to tens of milliamps.
4. The average current allowed to pass through the cathode and anode under the specified ambient temperature and heat dissipation conditions.
